Heavy bodies in an empty world
Everyone's fighting to step a foot in
Regardless of where they've been
A big crowd figthing for a chance so thin
Trying so hard to fit in; playing dumb
Acting tough, pulling someone up or
Putting another down, all, is justified in
The name of surviving, all, here are fighting
We no longer have escapes or even a
Chance to waste, not enough planes to
To fly over those blue big waves, but what
About dreams? I'm afraid they're no longer
Here
How are we supposed to embrace
One another with overloaded minds and
heavy-weighted hearts? When all we have
are limited options and none sound like right
It's getting hard, chilling in a yard is not helping,
acting cool doesn't prevent us from melting,
and pushing to get through
Won't get us where we please
there is just so much of us now everywhere,
but who do we actually blame? Truth to be said...
It's getting pretty lame, trying to fight a world
that's impossible to tame, one where numbers speak
louder than names
But who cares...
