Chaos

So as long as she lived, she tried to give
Not that she's easy but Ieaving someone out made her uneasy,
she gave her best but she wasn't dense,
she knew the limits of when it should end,
She's not ice-hearted but don't test her waters
If you're not one to like it,
don't run your hands with salty wounds wide opened,
or complain about some damp wishes that haven't been
yet, to her heart carted
To say you "will" is not the same as "Did",
We all talk big, but who's willing to dig?
In hopes of your visionary dreams,
How much realities did your eyes skip
While wide awake or deep asleep?
She learned from the past that times don't last,
Trains take off, and so do people but real fast
When no more lights are on and all of the
City crowds are gone,
she stood alone and was surrounded by none
Blame it on despair, call it even higher Grace,
What's gone is not the present
and the present can never be the past
unless it's re-written, But then again,
it'll be a new present; a future with different lights,
The streets with crowded nights
